To Those Interested in Our Summer Soccer Academy,

We are postponing the Summer Soccer Academy for 2021. While we have had some unforeseen challenges with onboarding, we are confident this will be a viable option for the Summer of 2022. Like our Olathe School District, we are committed to supporting the students and families of our Title One Schools (and beyond) who face significant challenges.

Unfortunately, the remnants of COVID-19 are very much present. Even with the availability of vaccines, some families are still hesitant to participate in large group activities. The safety and security of our children are paramount to each of our organizations and we want the absolute best for our community. Delaying the Summer Soccer Academy until the summer 2022 is the best pathway forward at this time.

We would like to thank you for giving consideration in having your child be part of this endeavor. We certainly appreciate your thoughtful trust in this initiative. Please know, we value your confidence and do hope you will give strong consideration for your child’s involvement for Summer Soccer Academy 2022.
