January marks the beginning of several new Support & Recovery Groups here at College Church! We are so excited for the many ways God is shaping us into a place where the “hurting are healed.”

We all need His healing grace to transform the wounded parts of our lives. These groups give us an opportunity to journey alongside one another…..masks down, real and authentic.  Come and experience the goodness of God found in shared sorrow and joy, shared pain and gain.  God tells us He is close to the brokenhearted….may we become healing reminders of His love as we journey together.  No matter what your hurt, hang-up, struggle, or loss…there is a place for you.  You are deeply loved!

Each two- hour session will focus on a different mental health diagnosis and will include information about treatment options, techniques for handling real-life situations, and strategies to help caregivers manage their responses to the illness. These classes offer support to anyone caring for a friend or family member with mental illness.

Lifelong Learning Credits: Nazarene ministers who participate in the course can login to their Registry account and report their participation in the course based on the number of hours of the event they attend.
