Grief Support Group
Thursdays, 7:00 - 9:00 p.m., V-304
A safe place to learn more about grief and how to deal with it. This 13-week group is for anyone who has lost a loved one through death. Facilitators: Pastor Dennis & Buelah Apple who lost an 18 year old son. The next group begins January 15, 2009. The group will remain open until March 1. Call Pastor Apple at (13) 489-6212.
With Hope In Mind

An eight-week course for parents/caregivers of adults who live with mental illness teaching them to deal more effectively with their loved ones illness. New sessions are held several times a year. Call Gloria at (913) 782-5040.
