Who is Alpha For? It's especially geared to:
- People interested in investigating   Christianity - Newcomers to the church - New Christians - Couples preparing for marriage - Christians who want to brush up on   the basics

A buffet style meal is served for the entire family. We suggest a contribution of $3.50 for adults and $2.00 for children to help defray the cost of the meal. (max charge for one family $10.00) Following the meal free child care is provided while the adults watch a video of one of a series of talks on topics such as:
	Who is Jesus? Why did Jesus die? Why and how do I pray? What about the Holy Spirit? How can I overcome evil? Does God heal today?
After each talk there is a small-group time for everyone to discuss any questions or issues they have. This gives an opportunity to get to know each other and to learn together in a safe, friendly environment
When are the Meetings? First night is 5:00PM Sunday JAN 17th Come with the whole family or bring a friend on opening night.  Have dinner on us and just see what it is all about! You can bring a friend, relax, and Learn of Jesus and the work of the Holy Spirit. Call 913-634-6718 to register or Click Here to register online. Why? Anyone interested in finding out more about the Christian faith. Adults of all ages are welcome! Learning and laughter. It is possible to learn about the Christian faith and to have fun at the same time. People meeting together. An opportunity to get to know others and to make new friends. Helping one another. The small groups give you a chance to discuss issues raised during the talks. Ask anything. Alpha is a place where no question is seen as too simple or too hostile.
